What "real time" means

A video call with both of us periodically, a thread you can message any day you’re stuck, and the two of us doing the actual work beside you.

We’re not calling this pure charity. We’ll probably learn things we use later on. But there’s nothing to buy, now or ever, for the people we sit down with.
